In-Station Retail – Liverpool St, Oxford Circus, North Greenwich

Project to convert ticket office suites into Retail Outlets Includes:

• Intrusive Surveys
• Strip Out of Mechanical & Electrical plant & equipment, cabling and ducting
• Diversion of water pipes, drainage & HVAC
• Installation of new dedicated metered power supplies and switchgear for the Retail Outlet tenants
• Installation of new water supply, drainage and dedicated HVAC system for the Retail Outlet tenants
• Installation of new lighting system
• Testing and Commissioning of the new and altered M&E installation
• Relocation of Cubic revenue collection assets and associated power & data cabling
